Early Access to Tickets



Instead of waiting for the public on-sale date for select special events, members will be able to purchase tickets one week early. We've assembled some frequently asked questions below to explain this benefit.


Q: When will I be able to purchase special event tickets?

A: Members will have access to select special event tickets one week ahead of the public on-sale date. We will provide notice of the Early Access date via the membership website, e-mail and TRACKS newsletter.

Q: What special events are available for Early Access?

A: The following events will be offered to our members first, under the Early Access program:

• Cotton Tail Express
• Pumpkin Patch Express
• Murder Mystery Dinner Train
• North Pole Express
• Von Kessinger's Express
  

Q: How do I purchase these tickets early?

A: Early Access tickets can be purchased in-person at the Parrish Ticket Office or over the phone. We will need your membership number to sell the tickets, but don't worry, we can look it up for you. 

Q: When do I have to join to receive this benefit?

A: As long as you join before the Early Access period starts, you are eligible to purchase tickets.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can purchase?

A: Yes. Your membership level determines how many tickets you can purchase. For example, a Family membership is good for five people and would be able to purchase five tickets under the Early Access benefit. An Individual member would be able to purchase one ticket.

This is not a limit for the entire event. Once tickets go on-sale to the public, members are welcome to purchase additional tickets.
